Hello all!

Despite the lingering snowstorms and cold weather, we are ramping up to send potato tubers out in another week or so! Amy and I took a day last week to set everything out and organize it. The greenhouse was the only place with enough space to spread everything out – it was good to be in amongst the warmth and greenery. Now we have lots of packages waiting in the cooler to ship out.

If you’ve signed up to get some potato varieties, I will be phoning sometime in the next week to confirm shipping dates and addresses, and any other final details. I look forward to talking to you all!
